Water is such a part of our culture, our trade, our lives that it seems impossible to even put into words just how much water means to us. Water can separate islands and continents, can keep us completely and totally apart from others. Water can also bring us together, to connect humanity in positive, productive ways against near insurmountable odds. Water can bring us together for ill and for good. I like to hope for be best in humanity.
